Alfred E. Cohn papers
Alfred Einstein Cohn (1879-1957) was a medical doctor at the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research (now Rockefeller University) in New York City, where he served as the director of the Laboratory for Heart Disease. He worked there from 1911 until his retirement in 1944. A doctor in the field of cardiology, Cohn was a pioneer in heart research and published essays and books on the subject.
