. . "Soroca County Tribunal"@eng . "According to the decree of the Government of Romania no. 2770 of October 9, 1918, in Bessarabia there were established county tribunals. They were engaged in the inspection of criminal and civil personnel, with the exception of crimes committed by minors. The tribunal could also verify cases as an appellate inspection, re-examining the plead innocence. Cases were referred to the district tribunal in court only if the perpetrator lived or committed a crime in the district/county.\r\n\r\nThe tribunals were divided into two sections: criminal and civil. Based on the amendments of December 25, 1926, those cases in which no final decision was reached within the framework of the tribunal could be referred to the Court of Appeal in Chişinău.\r\n\r\nThe judges of the county tribunals were appointed by royal decree on the proposal of the Ministry of Justice.
