John Eversley Family Papers 
Otto Robert Eberstadt, was born in Frankfurt, Germany in 1885. In 1920 he married Adela (Dela) Morel, and they had two sons, David (1921) and John (1928). Otto Eberstadt died in London, UK in 1975 after having emigrated, probably just before the outbreak of the war. David Eversley (Eberstadt) came from a gymnasium in Frankfurt to Quaker school in Reading, after which he came through internmentcamp and Pioneer Force to served in"special dutie". After marrying Edith Wembridge in 1945, he went on to a flourishing academic career, studying at LSE in London and Birmingham University before taking up position at University of Sussex. He later joined London Greater Council as Chief Planner (Strategy) and lastly moved to the Policy Studies Institute. He died in in 1995. Together with Edith, he had one son, John Eversley, born in 1955, and three daughters. Edith Eversley died in 1978. Fried Lubbecke (1883 - 1965) was a art historian actively engaged with the conservation and restoration of Frankfurt between and after the wars. He married Emma Job in 1909.
