Copy papers re Paul Dickopf 

Paul Dickopf was born in 1910 in Müschenbach in Oberwesterwaldkreis and died in Bonn in 1973. After studying law and administration he joined the criminal police and later the security service. From September 1942 he went into hiding in Belgium (the circumstances of which are unknown) and later fled to Switzerland where he lived as a refugee until the end of the war. In 1947 he returned to Germany and joined the Federal German Police where he progressed to become head of the Bundeskriminalamt, Wiesbaden, and from 1968 president of Interpol.
