Okresní úřad Milevsko 

The district governor's office began its activities in 1850 for the judicial districts of Milevsko, Bechyně and Sedlec. In 1855, the district governor's office became a mixed district office for political and judicial administration, with jurisdiction over the Milevsko judicial district. In 1868, the mixed district offices were abolished; in Milevsko, a district governor's office was again established for the judicial districts of Milevsko and Bechyně. In 1918, a new name of the office was introduced - Milevsko District Political Administration, and from 1928, Milevsko District Office. On June 1, 1942, the district office was abolished and connected to the district of the Tábor District Office. In May 1945, the Milevsko District National Committee was established.
