This archive consists of documentation whose reproduction and/or acquisition was made possible with funding from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany. The Jerusalem component collection is part of the official archive of the Jewish Community Vienna that was transferred for safekeeping in the 1950s and 1960s from Vienna to the Central Archives for the History of the Jewish People (CAHJP), located in Jerusalem. While the collection is stored in Jerusalem, the Jewish Community Vienna remains the official owner of the materials.The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the filmed collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Archives Project in Dec.2006.
