Records created by the Ukrainian Extraordinary State Commission to Investigate German-Fascist crimes committed on Soviet territory, reviewed by Soviet security agencies and transferred to the Poltava Oblast Archives at an unknown date. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives International Archives Project in June 2001.
