The Häftlingspersonalbogen (prisoner's registration forms) were created by officials at Auschwitz concentration camp from May 1942 to Oct. 1944. Microfilm copies of the records were created in 1992 and 1993. The film was delivered to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives on 23 Apr. 1993.
