The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's International Archives Project acquired the microfiche from the Bundesarchiv in Berlin, Germany, in Oct. 1999. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the microfiche in Jan. 2000. The entire collection was digitized in 2016.
