In 1958 the fonds was taken over from the District National Committee in Vrchlabí by the State Archives in Kuks. In 1960 it was then transferred from Kuks to the State Regional Archives in Zámrsk. It was subsequently transferred to the State District Archives in Trutnov, where it is kept in the Poříčí depository.
