The Landrat Broumov archival fonds was handed over on 13 November 1958 to the State Archive in Kuks, where its inventory was made. After 1960 it was administratively transferred to the Náchod District Archive, bur for lack of space it remained physically stored in the depository in Kuks under the administration of State Regional Archive in Zámrsk. The fonds was physically handed over to the Náchod State District Archive only in 1991.
